New Year, New Beginnings
As the New Year rolled in, we were having a blast just making our way through the Atlanta scene. After visiting a few different bars, we’re very excited about slamming the scene and getting our music out there to the people here. Rock is so overwhelmingly welcomed here! It’s great to know that places like this exist and I’ve finally found it! lol. Atlanta, get ready! A lot of big things are moving in our favor at the moment and I can’t wait till I can formally announce them all! We are going to be doing a lot of touring in the coming months so no matter where you are, you should be able to catch a show!! Also, we are shooting a video for our new single “Insanity” within the next two weeks if everything pans out with the permits and we are very anxious with the lineup to get back in the studio. Already have some great ideas going and can’t wait to finish our major debut we’ve been holding off on for so long!! Keep checking in with me and I’ll keep you guys posted! Peace for now!

A New Town , A New Sound
What’s up everyone? For those of you that don’t know me, let me introduce myself. My name is Blake Clawson and I am the lead singer/guitarist of the rock band BrokenRail. I graduated in May 2011 from Auburn University with a finance degree. I love to work out, run, play sports (especially sand volleyball), roam Netflix, play games (MW3, Red Dead Redemption, Assassin’s Creed), and music. You probably don’t give a s*** about any of that though so on to the fun part! I love to get wild and I’m only a few drinks away from an all night party haha. I’ve definitely earned my role in what I do. Ten years off and on of college prepares you very well for the world I live in. I’m a night owl that loves to sleep during the day unless it’s summer, then it’s time for fun in the sun! Anyways, now that you know a little more about me, on to the story. Recently we took off from a long line of shows since April to train a whole new BrokenRail. As we’ve grown over the past 3 years, members have come and gone as each piece was upgraded or others moved on to different ventures in their lives. Some people after a long time on the road and no free time, decide the life isn’t for them, especially when they are missing their significant other. Auburn is a great town for a college as well as a fun atmosphere, but it is no place for original music, no matter the genre. After finding the right pieces to the puzzle, our adventure takes us to the great city of Atlanta, GA. This is definitely the right move as our new release “Never The Same” keeps getting the attention it is nationally as well as this is the hometown of the new members of BrokenRail. I can’t wait to get things rocking there and we’re already back to full on booking. Look for us to come to your town soon! I’ll release the names of the guys shortly for you all to meet.
